Through Garcia & Associates twenty eight years in business, completion of numerous public and private school facilities, and the experience of our team members, we have developed a close working relationship with all relevant local and state agencies. This includes most of the municipalities within the Southern California area and the state agencies of DSA, CDE, DTSC and OPSC. We have a high degree of knowledge of their rules, regulations and procedures and have been able, on some of our projects, to use these ties to expedite the review processes. Garcia & Associates has worked with College Districts and School Districts on New and Modernization projects. Our experience includes exposure to both the old lease purchase and the new propositions procedures.
